Refund policy

At HQ JEWELS, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Used or damaged items after delivery
• Customized or special-order jewelry items

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
